With detailed investment oversight, our Lead Planners handpick Creative Teams specific to our clients affairs, with full guidance to every need, question and to-do throughout the planning process. Our Planners act as the point of contact every step of the way for you and your entire team, reviewing contracts, creating detailed timelines, floor plans and oversight of your event's many production needs.
Our team is highly regarded in intentional event design, with our Creative Director tying together every large and small detail and bringing to life a design specific to your story. This level of detailed service ensures your event is well taken care of, with logistical precision, detailed and highly anticipated designs and oversight of the complete production of your event. With a phase-based planning approach, we take care of every aspect of your affair, and treat your family and loved ones as our own. Our team is highly published in both print and online publications, and take a limited number of Full Service clients a year, to be certain each event is receiving our best care and focus.
This service is all that one would need to be completely worry free and joyous on their wedding day. It includes a comprehensive meeting prior to your event, to plan and coordinate the services needed for the day of. Two months prior, your Coordinator is the point of contact for all of your Creative Teams, wedding party, venue staff and the most important people of the day: you and your new partner. Your Coordinator is the lead the day of your event, for both the ceremony and reception. We assist in setting up your personal details for your photographer, oversee vendor setup, ensure your timeline is implemented and ensure all teams are working seamlessly to make sure your day is as magical as you’ve planned it to be.
Each couple has personal details that are unique to them, and it is our role as your Designer to bring those to life to reflect you. We take our role very seriously as the artist behind your event. Our Creative Director will work with you to gather a curation of your favorite ideas, tied together with important color schemes, decor and Creative Team choices. While a Wedding Planner handles timelines, logistical details and vendor management, your Designer is solely dedicated to the look and aesthetic of your event. Whether it’s your wedding day, rehearsal dinner or any special celebration, you can trust our team of artists to take your inspiration and give it new life.
