The Events Held Dear team will guide you through the entire planning process: from the moment you book your venue, to the moment you step into your new life as a married couple. We begin with picking the perfect vendor team, create an overall design board to execute every large and small detail, have a continual relationship between you and all your service providers, and execute the styling of those highly anticipated designs the day of. You have our team’s assistance with any needs or questions throughout the planning process, so that you are fully guided along the way. We want to walk alongside and serve you in every aspect, and this package ensures you get the best of our ability, talent and focus - with in-person meetings, unlimited phone call and email accessibility. We only take a limited number of Full Service clients a year, to be certain each event is receiving our best care.
This package includes all that one would need to be completely stress-free on their wedding day. It includes one comprehensive meeting prior to your event, to plan and coordinate the services needed for the day-of. Two months from your wedding day, our team will be the point of contact for all of your contracted vendors, bridal party, venue staff and the most important person of the day: you and your new partner. The Events Held Dear Coordinator is the Lead the day of, for both the ceremony and reception. We assist in setting up your personal details for your photographer, oversee vendor setup and timeline, and ensure all parties are working seamlessly to make sure your day is as magical as you’ve planned it to be.
Our Design packages are all custom, as each client needs differ! As your Designer, we take our role very seriously as the artist behind your event. We put together a curation of your favorite ideas, tied together with important color schemes, decor and vendor choices. While a Wedding Planner handles timelines, logistical details and vendor management, as your Designer we are solely dedicated to the look of your event. Whether it’s your wedding day, rehearsal dinner or any special celebration, you can trust our team of artists to take your inspiration to a whole new level.
